My client are looking for a Korean speaking Personal Assistant to join their team in Surrey.

The Personal Assistant- Korean speaking, in Surrey will provide a proactive and high standard of support to their Managing Director and Vice President, while managing their diaries to ensure that appointments and meetings are efficiently prioritised, allowing them to make maximum use of operational time.

Role and Responsibilities

• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls


• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD


• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation


• Organising meetings, events and conferences


• Reminding the MD and Vice President of important tasks and deadlines


• Legal administration (grammatical review of documents to be sent to legal, submission of legal matters onto internal legal system and monitoring/progressing of matters through to conclusion)


• Managing databases and filing systems


• Translating short news summary (English) into Korean




The Personal Assistant- Korean speaking must be fluent in the Korean language.
The successful candidate will be someone who is highly capable in managing competing demands and has the confidence to respond to fast-paced enquiries from internal and external customers.
