Personal Assistant

Vanta Staffing Slough are currently looking for a Personal Assistant on an initial 3 month period. This will be a full-time position with a view of potentially extending available also.

This role is to work within the Executive Support Team to help cover the full time support needs of the business and its improvement plan, as well as supporting the board and other meetings.

This will include diary management, distribution of papers, supporting the company and its directors.

The working arrangements for this role will be on a hybrid basis, with the role holder in the office 3 days per week.

Requirements of the Personal Assistant:

• To provide general administration support, in line with whole organisation needs and priorities.
• In this support role, the post holder will provide a full range of PA and administration services to the Partners and wider team(s). This will include but not be limited to: Diary management, Distribution of papers
• Supporting the company directors, and a key requirement will be for Minute-taking.

Details for the Personal Assistant:

• Salary: GBP16.00 - GBP18.00 per hour
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (Core Hours)
• Location: Slough (SL1)
• Duration: 3 months (Initially)
