About the Client:
Our client is one of the UK's largest Industrial and Commerce companies, operating with a network of over 75 distributors and sourcing products from over 120 suppliers worldwide.
Job Role:
You will manage the daily running of the office, which will include ordering equipment, co-coordinating with your colleagues in other departments, supporting projects and undertaking wider administrative duties. All whilst maintaining a safe, upbeat and inclusive working vibe.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- 9:00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday.
- 33 Days Annual Leave (including Bank Holiday)
- On site Gym
- Annual pay reviews
- 3% Pension Scheme
Responsibilities:
- Day to day administrative tasks e.g. reordering office equipment
- Implementing and organising action plans
- Sorting and processing time sheets
- Be confident working along side HR and have a sound understanding of HR procedures and standards.
- Ensure departments are on top of daily tasks
- Be proactive and assist colleagues when necessary.
- Office maintenance e.g. electricity/repairs
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a PA or Office Manager role.
- Managing a small team (desired, not essential)
- Organised and Methodical.
