Your duties will include but are not limited to : supporting the directors and preserving their time with daily administration, project coordination, answering calls, managing the customer care inbox, organising teams and face to face meetings and minute taking, and managing correspondence.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a highly organised individual who is a good communicator and is able to converse confidently over the phone and face to face. You will have previous PA experience and have a strong technical ability. You will have a high ability to adapt to prioritise your workload and adapt to changing priorities in the workplace to meet deadlines. Excellent time management and planning skills are essential for this role.What you'll get in returnYou will get the fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established contractor in a permanent full-time role.
