If you want to remain at PA level supporting a fantastic MD but looking for reduced hours around childcare/ family commitments, this is ideal.

Not often such a fantastic role comes up for someone to have complete flexibility so I'm super excited to be supporting this MD find the perfect "right hand person"

It's a super exciting business, the MD is constantly travelling abroad, having meetings, completing projects so she needs a proactive individual who's going to support across all areas of PA and business support.

You can work whatever structure, days and hours that suit you (between 20-30 hours per week), she's a working mum herself so she just "gets it!" and will consider the days and hours you want to work.

It's a small business, a team of 2, so this role is fundamental and you will be getting stuck in where needed, whether that's booking a trip to Italy, managing her diary or ensuring the office looks the part for clients coming in - it's varied and needs someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved.

This would perfectly suit someone who has some PA experience, someone who will take some strains off the MD, she needs a hands-on PA, not someone who is going to wait for instruction, a real "gets stuff done" type of person.
