Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker with excellent communication and time management abilities, capable of handling a wide range of administrative duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role:Personal Assistant
Hours: 20 hrs/week
Salary: Circa £35,000 pro rata
Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, with buy/sell options
Pension: 3% employer / 6% employee contributions

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executives' schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistical arrangements and agenda preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, expense reports, and budget tracking as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and project initiatives.
- Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the executive team as required, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
