Personal Assistant

Overview:

Steeple Associates are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the MD and Senior Team. Working form the HQ on the outskirts of Leeds, this is a hands on and busy role.

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organising documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for MD
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Assist with team holiday calendars
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned

You’ll need to have delivered in a similar role before, be highly organised and computer literate.

This could be a full-time role or potentially a part-time role (c. 6 hours a day, 5 days a week) depending on candidate requirements.

Salary – c.£28,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
