Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Google Suite
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital files
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Strong administrative skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
