Job Description
We are recruiting for an Executive Personal Assistant to provide executive support to both the Chief Executive and Chairman. This is a full-time role, with the option of hybrid working, based at our head office in Staines Upon Thames and will be on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity period.

The Executive Personal Assistant provides essential administrative to our leadership team as well as several other critical duties:
- Acting as the first point of call for contact with the CEO and Chairman
- Diary and meeting management
- Travel booking and management.
- Events management
- Expense processing and other administrative duties
It is expected that the successful candidate will have:
- The confidence to engage with high-profile contacts and clients.
- Attention to detail and ownership for the delivery of high-quality work.
- A confidence in their ability to use their own judgment and make decisions to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influence.
- The ability to plan and anticipate potential problems.
- A strong organisational skill with the ability to prioritise a busy and often conflicting workload.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
