About the Role
- Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
- Manage own caseload.
- Review cases and other relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.
- Be involved in Business Development to help grow the Team where appropriate.
About You:
- 3-8 Years PQE
- Must have experience of running own multi-track caseload.
- Good commercial awareness, and the confidence and willingness to actively engage in business development to continue to build the team’s profile
- Current Practising Certificate
- Ambition, energy and enthusiasm for Personal Injury Law
- Empathy and compassion to help guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances
- A friendly, enthusiastic and can-do approach
- Be able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our seriously injured clients.
