Personal Injury Claims handler

Barker Munro Recruitment is looking for an experienced Injury Claims handler to join an expanding Insurer based near a train station with good links across Kent and into Surrey.

The role involves investigating, reserving, and negotiating settlement of complex and high-value Personal Injury Claims ranging from £25k - £150k, including both litigated and non-litigated claims. You will be responsible for assessing indemnity, investigating liability and quantum on motor claims, ensuring that each claim is dealt with thoroughly to limit indemnity spend. It is important to communicate professionally to ensure the policy holders are treated fairly and that the customer receives world-class customer service.

We are seeking candidates with experience of handling Technical Personal Injury Claims and with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires strong time management and organization skills as you will be dealing with fast-track and multi-track bodily Injury Claims including liability disputes.
