Position:Personal Injury File Auditer
Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, hybrid working available
Role Overview:
You'll work closely with the compliance team to ensure Personal Injury fee earners are doing their best. Plus, your Personal Injury background means you'll bring a unique perspective to the role, helping the team navigate the ins and outs of quality control and compliance with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough reviews of Personal Injury case files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate the quality of legal work performed, including case strategies, legal arguments, and settlement negotiations.
- Identify any discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to legal staff.
- Collaborate with staff to address any issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation, case law, and industry best practices related to Personal Injury law.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote a culture of compliance and integrity
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a successful Personal Injury fee earner
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Proclaim preferred (but not essential)
