Salary My client, a regional firm, are looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor / CILEX to join their office in the Midlands.
You will be joining a well-established firm who have built and excellent reputation across the Midlands. They are renowned for their client care and looking for someone to join who is very client focused. You will be managing your own mixed caseload of EL/PL, RTA Personal Injury files. These will range from fast track to high value, muti-track files.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / CILEX with previous experience managing your own high value multi-track caseload. Those from a defendant background will also be considered if you have at least 3 years billing experience.
You will have your own secretary to assist with the running of your files. You will also have the option to set aside 1 day a week to concentrate on any task you wish, so no phones, no emails, no distractions.
Salary will be DOE as they are very open on PQE, holidays equalling 35 days including back holidays, WFH options available.
