Form of workA top legal 100 firm based in Birmingham is now searching for an NQ Personal Injury Solicitor or equivalent to assist senior case handlers in the casualty team whilst taking on their own caseload of defendant work for a local authority.
You would assist on a range of complex local authority matters whilst managing your own caseload of litigated files pertaining to highways law, occupiers Liability, employers liability and housing disrepair matters as well as abuse and neglect cases.

You will have previous claims handling experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an empathetic and client-centric attitude to work, as well as having the ability to work as part as a team whilst using your own initiative.
Experience with defendant work is desirable but my client will also consider those who have worked exclusively with claimant.
