SalaryA well-established and respected legal practice based in North London is currently seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor/ Fee Earner to join their firm. The Personal Injury team is dedicated to providing expert advice and justice for those that have suffered from an Injury that was not their fault. Predominatley you will be handling RTA, EL, PL claims that are fast track and multi-track.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in championing the rights of clients who have suffered harm due to a Personal Injury suffered, offering an opportunity to work on challenging cases and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into potential Personal Injury cases.
- Collaborate with medical experts, compile evidence, and construct robust cases for clients.
- Provide clear legal advice, explaining client rights and guiding them through the legal process.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when required.
- Stay abreast of legal developments, medical advancements, and industry trends related to Personal Injury
- Legal qualifications: LLB and LPC (or equivalent).
- Admitted as a Solicitor by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
- NQ and above experience in Personal Injury
