Salary My client is a regional firm ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and they are looking for a junior lawyer with ambitions for Partnership.
Due to sustained growth my client is opening a brand new, full refurbished, modern office in Stoke-on-Trent and need an ambitious lawyer to help build the Personal Injury department from the ground up, with the end goal to move from Team Manager to partner.
The ideal candidate will be 2 years + PQE with experience running your own caseload of Personal Injury files, you will also need a keen interest in business development and ideally some management experience. Building the department isn’t going to happen over night so someone with loyalty and commitment is a must.
There are plenty of other accomplished team leaders and partners within Personal Injury at the firm who will ensure you are given the training and guidance needed to build an effective and successful team and department. You will have the full backing of the firm to ensure you flourish in this role.
Salary will be £55,000 DOE with working from home split 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. My client offers a host of excellent benefits that include but not limited to 25 days AL that increases to 33 days with length of service, enhanced maternity pay, free legal fees, healthcare plans to name a few.
