We are currently recruiting for a driven PT Supervisor to join our health and fitness team.

You will monitor all activities that take place in the gym within your DL Club and give our members a fabulous experience every day, 7 days a week combined with carrying out team member shifts and activities. This is a combined role where y ou will be responsible for managing our fantastic Personal Training Team, whilst also being an active part of the gym team. As part of the role, you will also have the option to deliver Personal Training and deliver our incredible array of classes to increase your earnings.

What do we need from you?
Minimum REPs or CIMSPA recognised level 2 Personal Trainer.
Experience in the Fitness Industry.
Experience supervising team members in a service led industry – desirable.
Coaching and motivational skills.
Passionate about customer service.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
