Salary: 28K-35K DOE

Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled PET CT Radiographers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing PET CT scans and providing high-quality diagnostic images to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and other medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing PET CT scans and ensuring high-quality diagnostic images are produced.
• Preparing patients for the PET CT scan and explaining the procedure to them.
• Administering radiopharmaceuticals and monitoring the patient during the procedure.
• Maintaining accurate records and patient information in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care is provided.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring all quality control procedures are followed.
• Participating in the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

• Must be a registered Radiographer with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Must have experience in PET CT imaging.
• Knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and their administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call duties.
