Job Summary: UpStyle Photos, a leading provider of Photo Booth services, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Photo Booth Assistants. As a Photo Booth Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences to our clients during events and ensuring the smooth operation of our Photo Booth services. The successful candidates will need to have a valid driving license and access to their own vehicle. This is a part-time position with competitive compensation, starting at £50 per event during training and increasing to £100 per event once you have gained confidence and capability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of Photo Booth equipment at various event locations within a 50-mile radius of Dunfermline.
- Interact with event attendees, explaining the functionality of the Photo Booth and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Operate the Photo Booth during events, including managing the printing process and ensuring the smooth flow of guests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during events and provide prompt resolution or escalate to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Photo Booth area, including props and accessories.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Represent UpStyle Photos in a professional and friendly manner, reflecting our commitment to excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid driving license and have access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to event locations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse groups of people.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, as events may occur during these times.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying equipment, as well as standing for extended periods during events.
- Previous experience in customer service, event coordination, or photography is desirable but not essential.
