A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate Physiotherapist Team Leader to join a highly reputable private hospital based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist Team leader to join the team working with outpatients. This is a Team leader position, therefore the post holder will manage the day-to-day running of the outpatient physiotherapy team to ensure effective staffing levels to provide high-quality patient care whilst meeting the needs of the business
Duties and responsibilities:
You will be working as a Physiotherapist Team Leader in outpatients and will be responsible for:
- Work and lead the team across multiple Outpatient areas
- Take a lead role in physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patient caseload.
- Oversee and planning of the 6 day working rota in Outpatient Physiotherapy.
- Provide education and teaching to the physiotherapy group .
- Develop treatment plans that are appropriate to the patient using clinical reasoning skills.
- Take into consideration patients' physiotherapy care, risks and wellbeing
- Managing a clinical caseload of mainly orthopaedic patients.
- HCPC registration - your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Evidence of leadership or management roles previously is essential
- At least 2 years + UK experience
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Experience working in a UK hospital environment is essential.
