Job description

Location: This is a London office based role with hybrid working which means 12 days in the office per month.

About the Role:
Lead and develop medical launch strategies and activities in Radioligand Therapy (RLT) and Solid Tumours fields (ST) in close collaboration with the medical and cross-functional teams, providing scientific information, contributing to clinical strategy, collaborating to develop impactful medical education plans, evidence generation plans and implementation science plans.
Key responsibilities:
• Co-creates and co-leads the early clinical strategy
• Analyses scientific data swiftly, understands and follows trends in disease areas to create early plans on how to establish scientific and clinical leadership and create appropriate local Target Patient/Population Outcomes (TPO)
• Routinely assesses gaps in practice vs guideline-directed new therapies and delivers a strong medical plan including evidence generation plans, publications, medical education
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with top clinicians in collaboration with other internal stakeholders across a wide range of complex and high value situations to drive outcomes
• Works collaboratively to establish early RWE plans and educational needs and delivers strategic educational plans
• Develops pipeline strategy considering Health Care System's dynamics and needs
• Builds Health Care System's relationships and collaboration, partnering in new TAs and building trust/commitment
• Role model for our culture, values & behaviours, consistently demonstrating the highest ethics and integrity based standards

Request

Essential Requirements:
• Medically qualified and GMC registered Physician or Pharmacist
• PhD, Life Science Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Significant experience in Medical Affairs across therapy areas/different compounds and at early stages of life-cycle
•Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset
•Strong knowledge of related disease area preferred
•Excellent communication skills with broad range of stakeholders
•Working knowledge of Healthcare System and external stakeholder management
•Deep understanding of evidence generation and educational strategies
•Deep understanding of drug development and approval process
•Good business acumen with the courage to challenge the status quo
•Ability to lead without authority
•Agile and curious mindset, keen to challenge and accept thinking of others
