We are looking for an enthusiastic OEM Service DevelopmentPlacement Student to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Darlington or Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Support the use of risk tools to identify risks that may occur in sales to new regions, and to work with others within and outside the team in order to minimize risks.

• Monitoring and researching the policy plan budget, supporting its compliance with the estimated plans.

• Reporting the malfunctions after sales, supporting the follow-up of the inspection processes with the relevant teams.

• To support the monitoring and periodic reporting of service capabilities and performance metrics.

• Supporting the transmission of new sales information to the relevant service preparation teams by following up with OEMs.

• Prepare OEM monthly meeting slides t both lead and participate in periodic team meetings, updating and following up on after-sales action notes.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• We are looking for a wide range of candidates studying towards an Engineering/Business/Marketing degree.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders internationally.

• Strong data analysis skills including the use of Microsoft Excel.

• Foundational knowledge of engine function and willingness to learn and develop further knowledge during placement.
