Admin/Planner - Planned Team
Hemel Hempstead, 5 days office basedMaintenance contractorPermanent, Full time, 40 hours per week 26,000 - 28,000 PA depending on experience.
The Role:
Liaison with the clients and residents to book work, keeping up to date records of properties attended, check works completed against orders, uploading contractor invoices on to the system, support contracts managers with administration and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Raising and booking in jobs
- Rebooking work if needs be
- Raise PO for finance team
- Book work for internal trades and sub-contractors
- Deal with residents queries
- Sort internal / external emails
Experience Required:
- Excellent admin experience
- Excellent excel experience
- Experience within planned works/Social Housing is desirable
