About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Planned Delivery Surveyor based in Wiltshire/Oxford/Gloucester area on a Full-time basis.
The primary function of this role is to manage and deliver investment delivery capital components to our homes throughout the financial year.
This role provides an important link to several internal stakeholders and budget holders. The role will be flexible to meet the business needs which could mean you will be working with Project Delivery teams as well as our surveying teams.
It involves understanding the business requirements and resident`s requests and ensuring works are properly specified and delivered to target timescales and within budget.
While this role will not be directly responsible for staff, it will be responsible for managing the technical services delivered by internal and external contractors and sound decision making based on standards, performance and cost will be essential.
Responsibilities include making technical decisions in relation to site visits, design/specification and contract management, quality control and one-off / ongoing project management.

About you
You will require a Minimum HNC surveying qualification.
Background within Construction, planned Maintenance and surveying would be beneficial for this role.
You will have BTEC, HND/HNC or equivalent ability or vocabulary, verbal reasoning, and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.
You will be able to build trust with others and an environment that encourages motivation.
Membership of a professional body in a building, construction, or asset management related field is desirable but not essential.
