What you will do:
- Make recommendations based on data and provide impact assessment as part of change projects to support the wider planning team and senior stakeholders.
- Be an active participant in all change projects to ensure the planning models and system set up are ready for all change.
- Have a real focus on simplification through automation, prioritization and clear outputs.
- Work collaboratively with the wider planning team focusing on delivering our overall goals.
What you will bring:
- Advanced excel skills with a proven, strong analytical background and ability to demonstrate a robust approach to problem solving.
- Experience of building accurate models or forecasts
- Real sense of ownership and accountability to deliver against plan.
- Comfortable with ambiguity – being able to provide clarity and guide decision making.
- Proactive, creative and innovative thinking to come up with solutions and ways to improve processes and customer and colleague experience and business benefits.
- Ability to work at pace – we work in an agile, fast-moving way at Sky.
- VBA, SQL or Business Objects experience would be an advantage.
