Job Title: Locum Planning and Regeneration Lawyer
Location: London – Remote Working 1-2 days per week
Salary: Up to £57 umbrella per hour dependent upon experience
 
Venn Group’s specialist legal recruitment team are in partnership with a Local Authority based in London in their search for a Locum Planning and Regeneration Lawyer.
 
The role of Planning and Regeneration Lawyer is offered for an initial 3 month period with the probability for an extension.
 
This position is offered on a full time basis and some remote working will be offered.
 
The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with a proven track record of successfully handling Planning and Regeneration within the Local Government Sector.
 
Duties shall include:

• Working closely with the regeneration and planning officers
• Negotiating on major agreements
• Advising in relation to high-profile regeneration schemes
• Planning Inquiries
