Are you an experienced office administrator with excellent computers and analytical skills that is looking for a new opportunity in a well established yet growing company?

This company provide building support services to a large portfolio of public and private sector clients. They have been established for over 40 years and off the back of building a strong reputation in the industry they are in an exciting growth period where they are looking to onboard new employees and help them further develop their career.
In this role you will monitor planned inspections and planned maintenance programmes for a variety of contracts across the different business functions. You will complete applications for payments associated with the PPM and defective works and manage all administrative documents in line with this to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
The ideal candidate will come from an administration/coordination background within the construction sector. You will need to be able to work from the office 5 days per week and be competent using Excel and other Microsoft programmes to generate reports based off KPIs.

*Planning & Compliance Coordinator
*Administration and reporting duties for PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
*Working across all business units on varied projects
*Based in Enfield office 5 days per week, 8:30-17:00
The Person:
*Administration/Coordination background
*Construction/Engineering industry experience
*Good skills using computer and excel specifically
*Experience meeting KPI targets
*Good communication skills
