SalaryA local authority based in London is seeking a Planning and Property Paralegal for an initial period of three months.
The successful Planning & Property Paralegal will work closely with the planning and property lawyers, and you will have the opportunity to work on some excellent quality work. You will assist with landmark regeneration schemes, planning agreements, highways agreements and enforcement matters. With relation to the property element, you will assist with title investigations, landlord and tenant matters, the granting of new commercial leases, deeds of variation, licences and rent reviews.
Previous local government experience is essential to be considered for this role. Ideally you will have a minimum of 9 months paralegal experience.
