An exceptional opportunity has arisen at our client, a leading international City law firm for a Planning Solicitor (Energy & Infrastructure) to join ideally in Feburary for 12/13 months. The role has arisen to cover a key Senior Associate’s maternity leave.
The Energy & Infrastructure team within Real Estate (i.e. Planning & Transactional) continues to have a significant number of new instructions and pitch opportunities, many of which are being won, and therefore the workload is growing. The team requires continued support in order to ensure that this growing workload can be serviced at a high level.
You will take a lead role in the Energy & Infrastructure space, and will have a solid real estate development planning background (ideally 5+ PQE), and you will also handle some real estate development planning. The successful individual will lead on a number of major projects, matters which will continue over the next two years, and will be the Associate relationship lead for a major global energy client.
The firm operates a 50/50 hybrid working policy.
