Exciting Opportunity for a Plant Manager in Warrington!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and safety within the plant.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Manage and develop a team of plant staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in plant management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, preferably in a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve results.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
