Platform Tech Lead Assurance

As a Platform Tech Lead Assurance, you will be the driving force behind an agile platform delivery team, leading the development, publishing and continuous improvement of Digital Network Platforms ensuring business value.
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, Platform Owners, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality Assurance solutions. A key part of this role will be evolving the way we deliver our assurance capabilities and our estate itself, by moving away from monolithic solutions to data centric, highly developerable and modular observability solutions. The Platform Tech Lead's focus will be on improving the delivery speed, quality, and efficiency of Digital Network Platforms.

The must haves

• Proven experience in software development and system architecture in the Telco OSS domain.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, including test automation, pipelines, source control, and cultural change.
• Knowledge of telecom industry standards, protocols, and technologies.
• Ability to think big and deploy methodologies when necessary.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a Tech Lead or org lead tech role.
• Results-oriented with a strong desire to deliver on task ownership while meeting tight deadlines.
