PMO Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of programme objectives by tracking deliverables and milestones, coordinating risks and issues, monitoring project status, and facilitating reporting cycles. Candidates will also contribute to project governance and provide support to programme/project managers and the PMO. - Assist in the adoption of the programme lifecycle and deliverables.
- Coordinate programme-level risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
- Monitor project status and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate project governance arrangements, ensuring adherence to established standards and processes.
- Arrange meetings, prepare materials, and document minutes, following up on actions as necessary.
- Support the delivery of reporting objectives by actively participating in reporting cycles.
- Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate project information effectively.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, providing support, answering queries, and performing assigned tasks.
- Identify risks, issues, or areas requiring further investigation and escalate them as appropriate.
- Self-manage day-to-day tasks and work independently on assigned initiatives.
