The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the tracking of progress of all projects coming into the PMO, including chasing of inputs and other required information from project teams, co-ordinating delivery dates, general project meeting facilitation, and other day-to-day PMO activities.
Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for day-to-day activities for delivery core functions including collation of RAID, resource and planning data, and MI.
- Ownership of organising meeting logistics, preparation of minutes, and following up on actions.
- Ensure reporting, compliance and governance standards are adhered to as well as identifying areas of improvement.
- Supporting on financial and budgeting management.
- Supporting Delivery Managers with the identification, tracking and reporting progress against product roadmaps (including objectives and key results).
Essential Experience/Skills:
- Understanding of Delivery & Project Management Methodologies and end to end lifecycles.
- Comfortable in Agile environment.
- A solid understanding of IT products, services & systems.
- High level knowledge of development processes including but not limited to DevOps, Scrum, Kanban, and lean development.
- Confident with Microsoft suite.
- Experience with project cost accounting fundamentals.
- Attention to detail, proactive, self-starter.
