UnspecifiedThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as PMO Analyst & Chief of Staff. The PMO Analyst & Chief of Staff role reports directly to the PMO Lead with a dotted line to the Director of International Operations. This is a remote-based role* within the UK.

Role Overview:
This role is best suited to an individual that likes to implement a high level of organization within their role and is driven and passionate about delivering an outstanding service to collaboratively support the PMO & DT Ops team.
We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of coordinating Digital Technology projects across multiple locations in EMEA and APAC. The right candidate will also possess the drive and enthusiasm to assist the Director of International DT Operations in day-to-day activities and the organization skills to manage activities across multiple workstreams.
In this position, you will collaborate with and support the project managers & DT staff across our EMEA & APAC teams providing a range of regular reports and data to the PMO Lead to ensure consistency of approach and quality in line with our Project Governance frameworks.
Working with the PMO lead, you will support on managing end to end project governance processes, including project gate approvals and resource management.
You will also provide support to the Director of International Operations to ensure effective operations and strategic coordination across the team. You will provide executive support functions partnering with the Collins DT International Operations leadership team on a portfolio of tasks, as well as providing limited administrative assistant functions.
You will integrate and drive key activities through leveraging best practices, people resources and collaboration across Collins DT, RTX Enterprise Services, and other key stakeholders. You will help drive a culture of accountability.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate Project Management activities across Collins Aerospace international sites to achieve Digital Technology goals aligned with enterprise strategy, ensuring the project commitments for the international region are met.
Lead PMO monthly governance meetings.
Maintain accurate records for the portfolio of DT Intl Projects by coordinating monthly project status updates, project gate & change reviews, project demand and capacity planning.
Produce and maintain PMO templates and training materials.
Manage the Project Certification training Program.
Maintain organizational charts for the DT Intl Ops Dir and leadership teams.
Partner with DT Intl Ops Dir and their senior leadership team (SLT) to develop content for a variety of quarterly/regularly scheduled events including All Hands, Operations Reviews, Corporate/Enterprise Services Reviews, etc.
Plan, coordinate and lead meetings and workshops, including logistics, meeting minutes and action coordination.
Lead and drive a variety of high-visibility initiatives with the Intl Ops Dir.
Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals.
Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of Project Management principles and methods
Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tool suite and collaboration tools including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and OneNote
SharePoint Site Administration Experience
Customer focus
Excellent attention to detail
Self-starter, able to prioritize work autonomously and operate with minimal supervision in a highly visible, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and organizational and follow-up skills at all levels of the organization
Confident navigating the organization, with ability to develop and maintain company networks to facilitate ability to leverage the broad resources available to accomplish assigned tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree qualified in suitable discipline or proven and relevant experience
DT (Digital Technology) Project Management experience
Executive support experience
Broad background of managing projects including infrastructure technologies and application implementations an advantage.
