Role Title: PMO Analyst
Location: Hybrid / The Strand (London) - On-site 1 day per week.
Duration: Initial 6 Months
Salary: Circa* £47,000 per annum + Benefits

JOB PURPOSE
Join our high profile Client's team to enhance their UK ITET's Product and Platform office, ensuring cost control, capability growth, and stability. Be the linchpin for executive insights, enabling informed leadership decisions through meticulous status reporting and performance analysis. Contribute to their success by enforcing best practices in governance, steering project controls, and evaluating data to guarantee goal achievement. We seek a proactive individual adept at collaborating with stakeholders, upholding PMO standards, and driving alignment with core services.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offering administrative support to project boards and quality teams.
- Employing standard solutions for project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
- Managing project documentation and report distribution.
- Advising on project management tools, procedures, and best practices.
- Assisting in evidence collection for audits and ensuring quality control checks are conducted.
- Assessing project compliance with organisational standards and identifying discrepancies.
- Aiding in option identification and feasibility studies using standard techniques.
- Contributing to business case development by identifying costs, benefits, and performing data analysis.
- Preparing data for analysis, conducting business intelligence activities, and creating standard reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Exploring the need for new business intelligence analysis methods.
- Identifying key performance measures, developing measurement methods, and guiding data collection.
- Designing reports and formats to support agreed information needs and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in process and performance improvement, using data to enable informed decision making.
- Experience of matrix management of resources.
- Experience of utilising Project planning tools e.g., MS Project or Project Online
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and set clear expectations.
- Experience with relevant industry certifications.
