PMO Manager/Lead
London – Hybrid
Up to £70,000.00 + package
A leading global facilities service provider has a rare opening for a PMO Lead. This opportunity will allow you to join the already existing PMO function, providing governance and assurance across two multi-year, multi-million-pound programmes as well as a number of smaller projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 10 years of experience providing PMO experience across complex, transformational projects, with a focus on technology / digital transformation
- Experience of M&A activity and integration between businesses
- Experience of owning key workstreams within the IT focussed parts of the IT PMO Programme
- Experience of overseeing large scale multi-year, multi-million pound programmes and engaging with project managers and workstream leads to ensure that projects are on track and adhering to standards and governance models
- Extensive PMO expertise encompassing attending workstream meetings and escalating critical risks and issues to ensure projects remain on track
- Experience of project management methodologies, proficiency in scheduling, scoping, issue and risk management, change management, as well as strategic planning and analysis.
- Experience ensuring that project plans are developed and updated weekly as well as reporting and documenting risks, issue and decisions
- Experience of providing resource planning and putting together project budgets
- Experience of working on either HR IS or Finance (Dynamics) programmes, preferably both.
- Effectively handle and communicate resourcing challenges, which include constraints, vacant positions, and any competency issues within the program.
