Your role will be to:
- Support the Head of Policy & Standards in overseeing the work of the department
- Lead the development and implementation of a range of strategic policy and standards projects
- Supervise, coach, support and motivate direct reports and team members
- Effectively engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
