We are offering the incredible opportunity to become part of the LIND family as a Technician at our Porsche Service Factory, Tonbridge.
Representing one of the world's most prestigious car brands within state-of-the-art facilities across East Anglia and the South of England, the LIND team pride ourselves on providing a customer experience like no other.
Standard customer service is not enough here at our Porsche Service Factory and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times and be the engine to drive us forward into continued outstanding excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Servicing and Repairs of Porsche cars
- Preparing New and Used Porsches for the Sales Team
- Achieve Maximum Personal Efficiency
- Achieve Daily Sold Hours Target
- Provide Detailed Written Diagnostics on Job Cards
- Carry out Vehicle Health Checks
- Understand and Adhere to Manufacturer Guidelines
- Direct Interaction with our Customers
- Be Conversant with Manufacturer Online Systems and Special Tools
The ideal candidate:
- A first class can do Attitude
- A Team Player
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Great Computer Skills
- Have a Methodical Approach
- Are Approachable and Honest
- Excellent communication
- Good mechanical knowledge of Porsche cars
The successful candidate will:
- Have a full clean driving licence
- Have previous experience as a Technician with a level 3 qualification and completed a 3 year apprenticeship
