Portfolio Case Manager

We are pleased to be working with a fantastic award-winning, short-term lender in Liverpool, on their search for a Portfolio Case Manager to join the team.
The purpose of this role is to manage customer enquiries relating to the servicing and management of their bridging loan.
Key responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact on all servicing matters for customers.
To process and manage requests from customers that may vary their original agreement.
To maintain a pipeline of enquiries, becoming the customers contact point for their application.
To issue a timely and quality response to all enquiries.
To manage and process these enquiries in accordance with policies and procedures.
To manage customer accounts nearing the end of their terms, ensuring funds are repaid on time.
To complete referrals to business support, escalating concern cases in accordance with policy.
To maintain accurate customer records across the company’s databases and systems
Skills/Experience:
Experience in a financial setting is desirable.
Strong experience of Microsoft Office.
Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels.
Detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer.
Passionate approach to customer experience.
An eye for building new processes and challenging the status quo.
Love to solve problems and be challenged.
