Portfolio/Sales Manager

Portfolio/Sales Manager - Billericay - £25,000 - £35,000 plus commission of £3k - £4k per month

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individuals with a proven sales track record, to join a dynamic sales force in Billericay.

We are currently working on behalf of a well known property investment company, who are looking to expand their existing team. They are looking for Portfolio/Sales Manager's to join their office in Billericay.

As a Portfolio/Sales Manager your duties will include:
Managing accounts
Generating new business
Researching locations and developments
Helping existing clients
Up-selling
Meeting targets

The ideal Portfolio/Sales Manager will be hardworking, proactive, motivated and enthusiastic. You will have good IT skills and excellent communication skills. Ideally you will have come from a sales background and be able to work well in a team.

This position is office based Monday to Friday.
