SalaryWe are pleased to be supporting an organisation in the commercial services industry who are seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Payroll Manager to join their small and supportive team on a permanent, part time basis (20 hours per week).
As Payroll Manager, reporting into the Finance Director, you will manage a team of three payroll professionals, overseeing the day to day delivery of a monthly payroll for the operational side of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing the end to end payroll process
- Managing onboarding from start to finish
- Manage, train and develop the payroll team
- Process monthly pension via NEST
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Review of payroll processes, participating in projects and supporting on payroll software upgrades
Experience required:
- Strong UK, inhouse payroll experience
- People management experience
- Experience of processing high volumed payroll (1,000 plus)
- CIPP payroll qualification is desirable but not essential
This role if office based and offers flexibility around the set up of the working hours. Interviewing ASAP!
