Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:
- Overseeing and managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring that all employees are accurately paid and that payroll-related transactions are handled efficiently.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all payroll-related regulations, tax laws, and company policies. Stay up-to-date with evolving payroll regulations.
- Maintain and enhance data accuracy and integrity within the payroll system. Verify and reconcile all payroll-related information regularly.
- Manage and administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports, including tax reports, earnings statements, and other payroll-related documentation to relevant parties.
- Address and resolve payroll issues, discrepancies, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll management.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll systems and software, and experience with process automation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
