Description
- Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processes.
- Responsible for all month end and year end requirements and tax computations
- Full accountability for all starters and leavers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax and employment laws.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial reports.
- Conduct audits to assure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain payroll processing system and records.
- Manage and mentor payroll staff.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
- Proficiency in payroll software - Ideally IRIS
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax and employment laws.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per year.
