Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and Aligning Print, Finishing, and Packing Solutions:
- Collaborate with the Post-Press Operations Coordinator, Despatch Manager, and Finishing & Packing Supervisors to ensure the seamless alignment of all schedules.
- Develop hourly, daily, and weekly time-bound Post-Press Finishing Schedules, optimizing the utilization of flexible and fixed resources to meet internal deadlines and client expectations.
- Monitor the need for third-party resources in Post-Press Departments, adhering to company procedures to source and order as required.
- Coordinate with Press Managers and Production Scheduler for Job Processing in accordance with planned/revised schedules.
Requirements:
- Preferably, previous experience in Post-Press Operations, Print Finishing, or a related field.
- Experience in a coordination or supervisory role within a similar environment.
- Knowledge of various finishing processes.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, clients, and other departments.
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues that may arise during post-press operations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in production schedules or project requirements.
- Flexible working hours.
