Power BI Developer

We are seeking a talented Power BI Developer to join our team. We are working with a cloud-managed service provider, specializing in helping clients create a smooth and secure cloud transformation. They focus on helping businesses define clear, cost-effective cloud management strategies that support IT transformation and hybrid infrastructure-managed services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, create data models, and develop visually appealing reports and dashboards. The Power BI Developer will play a key role in optimizing data processes and enhancing data quality to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Role Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard design
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices
Experience Needed:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and analytics
• Demonstrated experience in developing end-to-end Power BI solutions.
• Experience working with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Proven track record of optimizing data models and improving report performance.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL tools
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (desirable)
