The Role:

As a PR Account Director, you will oversee agency performance, and take charge of complete PR campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client accounts, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
• Oversee PR campaigns from conception to delivery.
• Analyse and interpret PR data, presenting insights to key stakeholders.
• Manage and nurture a dynamic PR team.
• Develop an extensive network and key contacts.
• Provide career counsel and professional development support.
• Oversee media strategy and account development.
• Champion agency values and brand.
• Formulate business strategy in collaboration with other directors.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as an Account Director or in a similar role.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in a PR agency.
• Successful track record in business development.
• Management experience of star performers.
• Background in developing new business.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English or German.
