We are TMW Tomorrow, a new culture led venture that combines the creative PR and  comms heritage of agency Fever PR with the social and content expertise of TMW. We’re a 35 strong team specializing in PR, social and influencer comms, we are rooted in culture and passionate about creating work that gets people talking.

What you will do....

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Account Assistant to join us at the inception of this exciting new venture.

The ideal candidate will be at the start of their career. You need to be interested in the media and Social landscape, excited by creativity and be tapped into popular culture. You will be willing to learn, and get stuck into the role and will work closely with the team to make sure our day to day accounts run brilliantly and smoothly.

This newest member of our team will be working across a broad range of consumer technology, gaming and lifestyle brands and you will be working across all three disciplines we cover. PR, influencer comms and Social media – giving you a great introduction and foundation across these three key areas. And as you are at the beginning of your career you will get plenty of on the job training.

Some of the key tasks you will be doing day to day will include; speaking to journalists and influencers, developing media lists, drafting copy and shooting content for social channels, drafting press materials and helping the team execute events.

Requirements

• Confident and happy to meet new people: You will be meeting media and influencers and need to be comfortable kick starting and brokering professional relationships with important press and creators.
• Excellent writing skills: You will need to enjoy and excel at creative writing, from crafting press releases to social copy you need to be able to draft interesting comms for our clients.
• A thirst for creativity: You will be interested in and enjoy coming up with ideas, participating in brainstorms and being inspired by the world around you.
• Professional attitude: You will be client facing joining calls and meetings with our clients and the wider team so you need to be comfortable in a professional environment.
• Organized and efficient: You will be expected to manage your to do list ( with the support of your line manager) and juggle day to day tasks across several clients, thinking about how to prioritize the tasks.
• Communication skills: You need to be happy and comfortable speaking up in group situations (be that a client meeting or talking to your line manager).
• Culturally plugged in: You need to have an interest in culture and trends; from knowing what’s being talked about online, to enjoying spending your time visiting the latest hot spots and venues.
• Social and media interest: You must be interested in social media – from being interested in the latest trends on TikTok or newest changes to Threads, you will be an online maven.
• Most importantly: Be keen to learn! This is an entry level role the most important thing is you have a passion for comms, a willingness to learn and the ability to commit to being part of our exciting new adventure, Tomorrow!
