Adecco Public Sector are proud to be working in partnership with a customer centric housing provider to recruit a PR and Communications Manager on a temporary basis.
Temporary position, 37 hours per week.
Hybrid working available.
Permanent equivalent salary circa £49,000k
As the PR and Communications Manager, you will lead on all aspects of internal and external communications supporting resident communications and engagement, stakeholder relationships and positive brand identification.
You will be instrumental in partnering with key internal stakeholders to develop digital communications and engagement strategies and develop high quality content to share across social media platforms.
The successful incumbent will support with emergency communications, implement multi-channel internal campaigns, activities, and events, proactively manage media enquiries, draft press releases and engage with local and national media channels to actively raise the profile of the organisation.

Candidate Requirements
- A creative individual with demonstrable experience leading a communications strategy that delivers impact, including both internal and external communications.
- Experience of brand management across various channels.
- Creating content with copywriting, editing and proof-reading experience.
- Experience in producing graphic assets using design editing software.
- Ability to develop compelling content tailored to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to develop effective working relationships and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Website management including CMS experience, content editing and formatting.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and meet competing deadlines.
- Relevant professional qualification such as journalism, communications, PR, digital or equivalent.
