Marketing and Communications Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Reading as a Marketing & Communications Manager. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM. Hybrid working available

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the development and delivery of all Marketing and Communications strategies
• Develop and manage all digital platforms, including website, social media, and CRM (HubSpot)
• Lead the creation of compelling content and collateral to raise brand awareness and drive target markets' engagement
• Measure, analyse, and report the effectiveness of communication activities to drive continuous improvement
• Actively support event management where needed

The successful Marketing & Communications Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing
• A strong understanding of digital marketing
• Proficiency in utilising marketing automation tools, CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the construction industry would be helpful but not essential
