PR & Communications Manager

This position is for a 3-month temporary contract with the scope to go permanent.
We're looking for an exceptional PR and Communications Manager to join our client based in Maidenhead to lead a proactive communications strategy across a range of channels & media to build strong reputation and brand in the housing association market.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Governance & Corporate Compliance, you'll lead on all aspects of our internal and external communications, delivering optimum communication with our residents and stakeholders and supporting a work culture we're really proud of. You'll oversee high quality content across a range of traditional and digital media as part of a coherent narrative for the organisation focused on outstanding satisfaction with our services.
As PR & Communication Manager you'll be looking for a high-profile, busy role with scope to apply your creative flair and talents. You'll be an unparalleled communicator with a keen eye for detail, able to write with simplicity, precision and flair across a range of subjects for a range of audiences.
You'll bring a proven track record of success in a senior communications role and a drive to proactively deliver. You'll have experience of managing a commercial or non profit brand using a full range of creative media and delivering strategy & planned campaigns with impact.
You'll hold a professional qualification in journalism, PR, digital or equivalent, be a people person who's passionate about connecting with communities. You're someone with superb planning and organisational skills, who can engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
You'll need a flexible approach to work, as some out of hours work may be required to support our campaigns, as well as a full UK driving licence and the use of a car insured for business use.
Working hours: 37 hours per week, Flexi working.
Pay Rate: £49,800. (Weekly Paid)
